Vacation Rewards Program

At Starport, we realize that there is additional stress and pressure with being an owner/operator. We have come up with an optional vacation program, to help alleviate some of these pressures. For an additional $25.00 per week, the owner/operator can have the option of taking two weeks of vacation during the weeks at Christmas and New Year's. Starport will match the remaining amount of your payment for our appreciation for staying with us in our lease program. The vacation schedule is:

0 to 6 months = no vacation weeks available
6 to 12 months = 1 week of vacation available at Holidays
12+ months = 2 weeks of vacation available at Holidays
Holidays = Weeks of Christmas and New year's

If a driver chooses to not take the time off during these weeks while enrolled in the vacation program, Starport will cut 2 truck payments back to the driver at the end of the 12 month period. If the lease is terminated, the amount in Vacation Rewards Program will be rolled into the owner/operator's maintenance account and distributed as per lease agreement.
